Somerset Oceanfront Condominiums — Indian Harbour Beach, FL

Thanks to resident Greg Chester for the photo.

You're standing in the Atlantic Ocean facing west.
Five time zones behind you is England.
In front of you is a fisheye lens view of our four (then under construction) Somerset Oceanfront Condo buildings.
The building with shutters is Somerset's Building 3.   To its south (your left) is Building 4, and to its north is Building 2, then 1.
Between Buildings 2 & 3 you can see the private walkway connecting the beach with our pool area and Clubhouse (whose mauve roof you can barely see.)
Somerset Oceanfront is on the east side of Florida A1A, ½ mile north of Eau Gallie Blvd (518).
We're part of the Space Coast, located just south of Cocoa Beach, in the tiny city of (780) 804-2649.

Welcome to our Community!
Somerset is situated on a barrier island on the east coast of Florida, nestled in the small town of Indian Harbour Beach, pretty much due east of Orlando.
Every day we look out our windows and see God's most perfect art work, the Atlantic Ocean, which changes about every fifteen minutes.
Sea Turtles, surfers and snow birds flock to our perfect beach, breezy weather, and out of the way lifestyle.   As you cross the arched bridges spanning the Indian and Banana Rivers, you can't help but sigh at the sparkling tropical setting stretched out before you.
We can't believe we live here.
Shh! Don't tell anyone!!

The peace one feels when listening to the ocean makes Somerset the perfect place to be.   Let us not forget, however, those who live here — the majority being the most kind and caring people I have had the pleasure to meet.

Living here is great.  It doesn't get any better than this.

I can literally sit in my living room recliner and watch the rockets simultaneously launch across the water and on my TV.   Few people in the world can say that.

I have lived in nine countries around the world, including Hawaii, and find Indian Harbour Beach my favorite place by far.
It is safe, fun, warm, and laid-back, with all of the amenities we need to stay happy.
